myMirka® online is our platform for tool owners, where you can register and find information to help keep your machines in perfect condition.
For machines under warranty, please refer to our Warranty Terms to understand your coverage and how to proceed with repairs. If your machine is no longer under warranty, myMirka online still provides support and resources to assist you.
For Distributors with Mirka Customer Number
myMirka enables you to support your customers by placing machine repair orders on their behalf. Distributors cannot register machines for warranty.
How to Access myMirka Online as a Distributor:
- If you have a Partner Portal account, log into myMirka online with the same username and password. You will be asked to provide additional information needed to handle the repairs.
- If you don’t have a Partner Portal account, go to myMirka online. Click “Register as a distributor” and fill out the form. Our customer service will add you as a contact to your company’s records, and you will receive an activation email with further instructions.
