This dust-free mobile solution is built on a durable trolley with various hooks and attachments to keep all the tools, accessories and abrasives organized while you work. The 2.75” x 7.75” DEOS has a multi-hole pad for efficient dust extraction and 3mm orbit for effective and fast stock removal. Its compact design and very low profile at only 4” high, ensures high maneuverability and help deliver a precise and efficient sanding performance in comfort. The kit includes an ergonomic dust-free hand-sanding block and a 20” quick connect adapter for a quick switch between the electric tools. The tools and accessories connect to Mirka 1230 HEPA dust extractor and a Y shape connector is provided for dual sanding. A preassembled 19.7’ long hose with connector and cable in a durable sleeve is supplied as well as a hose for hand blocks. The sleeve makes handling easier and protects the work surface from scratches. This HEPA certified dust extractor is designed to be an integral part of our dust-free sanding systems with three layers of dust protection. It has a high-performance motor and turbine, which creates 250 mbar vacuum and 4500 l/min air flow. The AutoStart function increases the lifetime of the motor and reduces noise. Mirka’s OSP abrasives are clearly marked with numbers, making it easy to know which disc or strip should be used for each step. Number 1 is used for paint removal, number 2 for feather edge, number 3 for preparing the repaired area for primer by reducing scratches and expanding the feather edge and number 4 for finalizing the sanding.
