Wow! What a year! 2024 was a huge time for Mirka! We have launched lots of new tools and attended many events! Here are some of the highlights that you may have missed!
Mirka® DEROS RS
Described as a “complete game-changer” by independent testers, the Mirka® DEROS RS rotary sander was one of our most exciting launches of 2024. The Mirka® DEROS RS 600 is a heavy-duty rotary sander for demanding applications. Learn more.
Mirka® DEXOS
Mirka® DEXOS is a completely new dust extractor with a compact and ergonomic, user-friendly design. Designed from the ground up to be part of Mirka’s next generation of power tools, the Mirka® DEXOS features numerous clever touches to make sanding easier and efficient for the operator. Learn more.
Mirka Stolen Tool Support Scheme
Another important reason to register your tool for an extra year’s warranty is that in 2024, Mirka UK introduced the Mirka Stolen Tool Support Scheme!
Mirka UK offers a stolen tool support scheme for warranty registered machines. If your machine is stolen within the 2+1 years warranty, you can purchase a replacement machine for only £100 +VAT.
The Next Generation
In May, we launched the 2nd generation Mirka® DEROS and DEOS machines. The Mirka® DEROS II and DEOS II feature a new visible LED indicator and up to 20% increase in power. These next-generation machines were only the start of a year full of tool launches.

Mirka® FBS-B
The Mirka® FBS-B battery file belt sander is designed for panel beating and body repairs, for cleaning up welding seams and spot welds in collision repair as well as vehicle manufacturing and restoration. The new cordless file belt sanders joined the Mirka range in September and we believe these tools will help users maximise productivity by making easy work of cleaning up welding seams or spot welds no matter their location on the vehicle.
Mirka® DEROS II 750CV
