Elevating polishing with the help of the new Mirka® AIRP 300
Mirka UK is expanding its robotic polishing tool range with the launch of the new Mirka® AIRP 300, a cutting-edge solution designed for high-precision and high-efficiency polishing. This new rotary polisher provides an alternative to traditional oscillating polishers and is suitable for use across a range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, woodworking, and electronics manufacturing.
The Mirka® AIRP 300 weighs in at 1.4kg which makes it easy to integrate into robotic arms or other automated systems without adding excessive load to them. It is powered by a 350w motor that provides consistent performance even on the toughest surfaces and the tool’s variable range of between 1,000 rpm and 3,000 rpm increases its versatility so it can handle a wide range of polishing tasks, from polishing bumpers to intricate polishing of sinks.
In addition, it has been designed with the user in mind, working seamlessly with the Mirka AIROS Driver/Cabinet, so there is a smooth integration process that, in turn, ensures an efficient operation once it is installed in automated set-ups.
