How do I return items?

You must return the goods to the address indicated on the returns form, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returns form.

At your request, we may agree to organise collection of the goods to be returned at the location chosen by you, provided that the collection location is in the same county as the delivery address for the order.

You must return the goods in their original condition, packaging and wrapping. Any product returned incomplete, used, damaged or soiled, or from which all or part of the labels have been removed or damaged and/or whose packaging has been damaged will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.

Please contact our customer service using the online form return an item, who will then contact you to organise the return, by emailing you a pre-paid returns label, and the refund.

Standard delivery is free for all orders of £50.00 or more including VAT. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of £10.00 (incl. VAT) will be added to the price of your order when it is confirmed in the checkout.
