Product security report
As of 29 April 2024, the UK Government’s Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Regulation 2023 has been embedded into UK law and obliges manufacturers to provide information on how to report security issues. Reporting
Products to which this reporting relates to is network-connectable tools and products. If you believe you have found a security issue please submit your report by using the web form, link below.
What to expect
After you have submitted your report, we will send an acknowledgment receipt of the report within seven calendar
days. Status updates will be sent out until the issue is resolved. If there is something unclear in the initial report we will
ask for more information, note that you don’t need to enter your name.
What we expect
Do not reveal the problem to third parties or to the public until it has been resolved.
Minimum security update periods
Our minimum support period is two years after the production date. The production date is stated on the marking plate on the tool as month/year.
