The new Mirka DEROS RS is a heavy-duty sander suitable for a wide range of surfaces. As a part of the new generation Mirka DEROS product family, it is suitable for sanding tough materials in demanding applications, ranging from wood and solid surfaces to metal and concrete as well as paint stripping.

With its powerful 750W brushless electric motor it offers strong material removal without compromising operator comfort, thanks to its low noise level and smooth operation.

Engineered for tough surfaces yet lightweight

For Demanding Use

Made to withstand all kinds of sanding work, the purposeful design of the new DEROS RS sander makes it instantly recognizable. Lightweight for its size at 1.80 kg and with a low 11,5 cm profile, it retains the hallmarks of the DEROS product family, including easy-to-use ergonomics and compatibility with Mirka dust-free sanding.

During sanding, the Mirka DEROS RS extracts dust from around the backing pad as well as through the extraction holes on the pad and abrasive. Heavy-duty sanding has never been as clean as with a Mirka DEROS RS.

Set your sanding speed and monitor vibrations

Easy-to-Use Ergonomics

With a powerful brushless electric motor and a selectable slow rotation, the Mirka DEROS RS provides especially good stock removal. The sanding speed is adjustable between 750rpm and 2500rpm, made easy with a clearly visible LED indicator. A special slow start function can be selected.

When sanding tough surfaces for extended periods, it is recommended to pay attention to vibration. To monitor vibration levels, the connectivity features of the Mirka DEROS RS include myMirka app compatibility over Bluetooth®.

Accessories for the Mirka DEROS RS include pad savers and a specially designed shroud to direct dust into extraction channels from the working surface.
