What should I do if my order arrives damaged or if an item is missing from my delivery?
We invite you to refuse receipt of the order or to indicate, on the delivery note with the date and signature, any reservations in a precise and reasoned manner.
If you notice that one or more items are damaged or missing when you open the parcel, please make your complaint within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, to Customer Service, either via the online form Form-return-article, or by email to shop.fr@mirka.com, specifying the order number concerned, detailing the items damaged or missing. If you can, please provide photographs to support your claim and also specifying the desired solution, i.e. the return, exchange or refund of the products concerned. Our customer service will then contact you. Mirka will not be able to process any claim that does not comply with these conditions.
