At the Mirka Service Centers 99% of power tools are repaired within 24 hours. With the Premium Service Plan, your tool will always be prioritized.

Annual check-up

Send your tools to us for diagnostics where they also receive the latest software version along with a functionality check and service if required.

How do I activate the Premium Service Plan?

Activating the Premium Service Plan is easy. It only takes a few minutes of your time to have peace of mind for the next three years.

  1. After purchasing a new Mirka Tool, register for the 2+1 warranty at my.mirka.com within 30 days. At the end of the registration process you have the opportunity to purchase the Premium Service Plan.
  2. Activate Premium Service Plan within 14 days after product purchase for a 50% discount

What’s the difference between the Warranty and the Premium Service Plan?

The general warranty covers manufacturing defect material or by workmanship and is valid for two years. By registering your tool within 30 days after purchase at my.mirka.com, you get an additional one year coverage. For the standard warranty to be valid, the tool needs to be used, maintained and operated in compliance with Mirka safety and operating instructions. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

The Premium Service Plan covers all wear and tear repairs, excluding cables and backing pads, with no hidden costs. Simply turn to your closest Mirka provider to send your tool to us, free of charge. Preventive maintenance allows you to always have the latest software updates and guaranteed compliance with electrical safety. If your tool gets stolen, you will get a 70 % discount towards purchasing a new one.

Summary of Terms and Conditions

  • The Premium Service Plan does not cover backing pads or cables.
  • Effective from the date of purchase as long as the tool is registered within 30 days at my.mirka.com
  • Does not cover faults that occur through failure to follow the operating and safety instructions
  • The tool may be sent to Mirka for preventive service for up to twelve times during the Service Period
  • Theft cover does not apply in the event of theft due to gross negligence or intentional deceit by the customer or their representative
  • The Premium Service Plan is valid as long as the Mirka factory warranty, in industrial applications it is for one year
  • The Premium Service Plan is available on the following markets: Belgium, Finland, the Netherlands.
