PCD and PCBN Inserts
 
Our PCD and PCBN inserts are for milling operations in Powertrain applications.
PCD and PCBN inserts are used for milling of motor parts like the cylinder head made of aluminium (PCD) or cast iron parts (PCBN). We can offer custom-made tools based on customer drawings and, if needed, we can also offer a resharpening service for used tools.




PCD and PCBN Tools

The PCD tool program is directed towards milling carbon fibres in the aircraft industry, aluminium in the automotive industry, and even turning Teflon and aluminium when manufacturing cookware. PCBN tools are used in oil well drilling, in turning drilling crowns made of hard steel, as well as hard stellite coatings and hardened cast iron in automotive applications. We also offer regrinding and reprofiling as well as special custom-made tools.
